Jurisdictions We Serve

Companion Animal Care & Control provides two types of services, animal control field services (either full service or reserve service) and animal impound services. Our contracts are established through agreements with municipalities and the service level for each one is listed below. Across all service agreements, animals are housed at the Companion Animal Center located at 1480 Helmo Ave North Oakdale, MN 55125 (next door to TLC Veterinary Hospital)

Full Service (CACC Picks Up Animals)

Residents can contact CACC directly at 715-220-1332 for response to stray, injured, abandoned, and welfare-related animal calls. For barking dog nuisance complaints, contact your local law enforcement.

Impound-Only Jurisdictions (Local Police Pickup Animals)

Local law enforcement handles stray pickups and transports animals to the Companion Animal Center, 1480 Helmo Ave N, Oakdale, MN. Residents should contact their local police department to report found or stray animals, we do not accept stray animals brought to the Companion Animal Center by members of the public without a case number from the jurisdiction law enforcement or municipal officials.
